Zion Culture Health Care Services is a family owned company providing medical staffing and home care services to adults with medical conditions requiring skilled nursing or non-medical health care services to clients in their home, assisted living community or any other health care setting.
- We specialize and dedicate ourselves to a full spectrum of services in home care support for a variety of individuals including people with disabilities, people with brain injuries, retirees living in group homes, long term care facilities and sub-acute rehabilitation centers.
- We strive in our clients obtaining the highest quality of life in their homes and community at large with trained staff to focus on their individual’ social goals and entertainment preferences.
- We hire only trustworthy caregivers such as Certified Home Health Aides, nursing services including Certified Nurses ‘Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, as well as Community Support specialists, transport aides and the most caring Direct Care professionals with considerable personal experience to provide non-medical personal care services such as health-related activities of daily living.
- We conduct thorough reference checks for each and every one of our employees, as well as initial skills evaluations and annual competency evaluations conducted by an RN.
